• In cases where a custom delivery date has been agreed upon during order confirmation, dispatch will follow that schedule.

Delivery Timeline

• Delivery times depend on your location and the courier company’s operational timelines.

• While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Rhaa (Halo Décor Works) is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities.

• Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details to monitor the shipment status.
