Refund policy

At Rhaa (Halo Décor Works), we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our lamps and lampshades. Each product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. We also send you images of the product being dispatched to your registered mobile number via Whatsapp.

As a policy, we do not accept returns for products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition. However, we do understand that exceptions can occur, and we’re here to help in the following cases:

Eligibility for Returns

A return request may be accepted under these conditions:

  • A wrong product has been delivered and does not match the item selected at the time of order confirmation.

  • The product received has a manufacturing or quality defect.

  • The product was damaged during transit.

 

Return Window

  • You may raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.

 

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us via email at reachus@rhaa.in or WhatsApp at +91 98334 97927 within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Share images or videos clearly showing the issue to help us assess your request.

  3. Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions for the return process.

  4. Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at reachus@rhaa.in.


Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the existing product (if eligible) and placing a new order once your return is accepted. This ensures you receive your replacement faster.
